If the canvas prints has been damage upon arrival, how can I do?

Please take a picture of the damage to us and we will reprinted the canvas and shipped to you ASAP.

Can you do rolled canvases?

Yes, of course. If you need rolled canvases, just need to contact us via email: support@canvasprintsnz.co.nz or leave a note to us.

What are the stretching options for canvas?
We have offers several stretching options for your canvas prints. All our canvas are wrapped around a wooden framed. And you can choose the Mirror Gallery or Solid Color Wrap or Gallery Wrap, It is all up to you.

Does the canvas you produce is eco-friendly?

Yes, absolutely. We only use latest Epson eco-friendly ink to ensure the canvas prints we make are perfect for any sensitive indoor environment. No bad smell,if some bad smell will harmful our heath

Does you canvas ready to hang and come with framed?
Yes, right,all of products are Stretched, Mounted and Ready To Hang.

How long will the canvas last?
We only use the highest material and ink to produce your canvas prints, if you hangs your canvas in indoor and protect it properly, it can last for a lifetime, but if you display it under direct sunlight, then it would be broken quickly.

How do I clean my canvas?
You can use with a soft duster or dry cloth to clean the face of the canvas.

Can I hangs my canvas in outside?
Yes,sure.our canvas prints and other products is ECO-friendly.waterproof and UV Protection.

Can I print my photo into multiple canvases in different size?
Yes, of course. We offer the multi canvas prints for you choose.

Will the canvas look like the picture I send to you?
Yes, absolutely. We always visually check the picture look their best on canvas. If you have any concern of the canvas, we can offer preview to you. Just contact us.

As long as your image can be opened in Adobe Photoshop, That’s would be all available for us. Such as: PNG,JPG,TIF,PDF etc.

How do I know if my photo is large enough to print?
No worries. once you upload your photo, our designer will check it out and tell you whether your photo is available or not.

Can I use more than one picture for printing?
Yes, of course. We have lots of multi-photo layouts for you to choose.

Are there any restrictions on what type if photos can be printed?
No, you can prints any digital photo on canvas with us, there are no restrictions on what subjects can be printed. But you must be the owner of the image you use.

Can I change image I send to you before?

Yes, we do. We offer a 90 days money back satisfaction guarantee on your canvas prints, so there is no risk for you to place order with us. And If there is any reason you are not entirely happy, you may return your prints and ask for a full refund. you may visit our Return policy for more details information.
